Kie
Kato is a graphic artist who was born and raised in Japan, now living and practicing in New York City. She is a School of
Visual Arts graduate with a BFA in Graphic Design.
Scenes from her daily life, dreams, and television from her childhood.
When
those figments come back as memories, some figures pop up as elements which convey stories. Kie Kato paints it, draws it in
various colors and textures in her work.
